Professional Sales Representative
Location: Openings Nationwide

Reporting to: Sr. Territory Manager

Description:

The Professional Sales Representative is responsible for achieving / exceeding sales objectives for their territory by promoting products to healthcare professionals in accordance with the brand strategy. The PSR provides effective coverage of targeted family physicians, specialist, & pharmacies.

Professional Services Representative will be responsible for:
• Develop a customer contact list in order to achieve call frequency
• Develop and implement regional business plan
• Build relationship with Specialists, Family Physicians, Nurses and Pharmacies
• Develop key accounts in order to grow business
• Achieve/Exceed sales targets with in assigned budget
• Develop speakers that will influence prescribing habits and drive business
• Conduct CME programs in line with the marketing strategy for Family Physicians, Pharmacists and Nurses
• Prepare and submit administrative reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business preferred
• Ability to build and leverage a network of physicians
• Ability to gain knowledge of climate affecting external and internal customers.
• Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently
• Proficient with MS office
• Good business acumen
• Develop and implement out of the box approaches
• Experience in selling definitely an asset

Web Designer
Project based

The successful candidate will be the primary web designer & developer, graphics and UX (User Experience) designer in a dynamic organization marketing OTC products over the Internet. You could have 1-2 years professional experience, or could be fresh out of school, but with a dynamite portfolio of projects that show that you “get it”. You understand what is working with today’s changing web design landscape. You will also be responsible for tying together the branded look and to get a feel throughout marketing mix. This position requires a genuine passion for creativity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Corporate and OTC product-oriented website redesign and deployment, relying on a mix of style, intuitive navigation and interactive apps.
• Refreshing imagery contents.


REQUIREMENTS
• Demonstrable experience in Web design and development.
• Solid Photoshop, Illustrator, and Image ready skills, you consider yourself a power user.
• Knowledge in web design, content management tools is a given.
• Understanding of Web technologies and applications including HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS, etc.
• Experience with front/back end integration.
• Experience designing for print.
• A passion for great design, with an excellent eye for color, composition, interface design, and typography.
• Experience with user interface design methodologies and executing usability.
• Hands-on experience working with social networking/online community development tools.


QUALIFICATIONS
• Able to contribute hands-on to the creative process of web sites, web based application development, printed collateral, and all other kinds of design related tasks.
• Committed to owning projects and driving them to successful completion on time.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
